Service and data

Privacy Policy

How CryptoSignal processes user data, cookies, Telegram connection data, payment data and technical service information.

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy explains what data CryptoSignal receives from users of https://cryptosignal.top, why this data is used and how it is protected.

By using the website, creating an account, connecting Telegram or paying for a plan, the user confirms that they have read this Policy.

CryptoSignal is an informational and analytical service. Website materials, signals, charts, news and notifications are not investment advice.

2. Data we may process

During registration and sign-in, we may process the user name, e-mail address, password in hashed form, user role, plan, plan expiration date and account settings.

When the service is configured, we may store selected tokens, timeframes, signal filters, Telegram notification settings, subscription status, referral code and coins balance.

When Telegram is connected, we store the Telegram ID and a technical binding token so we can send signals, news, plan notifications, token events and support replies.

When a plan is paid for, we may store technical payment data: selected plan, amount, currency, status, payment identifier from the payment provider and processing date. CryptoSignal does not store bank card data.

The website may also receive technical data: IP address, user-agent, cookies, request date and time, page URL, browser language, error details and actions required for the service to work.

3. Purposes of data processing

Data is used to create and maintain an account, authorize the user, restore access, apply the plan, limit available features and protect the service from abuse.

User settings are used to personalize signals, select tokens, send Telegram notifications, display statistics, support the referral system and process support requests.

Technical data is used for stable website operation, error diagnostics, spam and attack protection, traffic analytics, interface improvement and correct operation of the language version of the website.

Payment information is used to create an invoice, check payment status, extend the plan, credit coins and resolve possible disputes.

4. Cookies and local storage

The website uses cookies and similar technologies for authorization, saving the selected language, modal windows, form protection and basic analytics.

The user may restrict cookies in browser settings, but some website features may then work incorrectly, including account sign-in and saving settings.

5. Telegram, notifications and support

If the user connects Telegram, CryptoSignal may send messages about selected tokens, trading signals, market events, token unlocks, news, plan status and support requests.

The user can disable individual notification types in the account, disconnect Telegram or stop using the service.

Support messages are stored in the database so that the administrator can process the request and send a reply to the user in Telegram.

6. Sharing data with third parties

CryptoSignal does not sell users personal data.

Data may be shared with service providers only to the extent necessary for the service to work: hosting, payment providers, Telegram Bot API, analytics, website protection and technical maintenance tools.

Data may also be disclosed if required by law, a court order or a lawful request from an authorized authority.

7. Data storage and protection

CryptoSignal takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, modification, deletion and disclosure.

User passwords are stored only as hashes. The administration does not have access to the original password.

Data is stored for as long as necessary to operate the service, fulfill obligations, account for payments, protect the rights and legitimate interests of CryptoSignal, unless another period is required by law.

8. User rights

The user may request information about their data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of the account or termination of data processing, provided this does not conflict with legal requirements or technical obligations of the service.

To make a request, write to support@cryptosignal.top from the e-mail address linked to the account, or use the available account tools.

After account deletion, some technical records may be retained in anonymized or restricted form if necessary for security, payment accounting, statistics or legal compliance.

9. Payments and plans

Plan payments may be processed through an external payment provider. The provider processes payment data independently according to its own rules and privacy policy.

CryptoSignal stores only the data needed to verify the payment, activate the plan, credit referral coins and display the operation history.

10. Cross-border transfer

Some technical service providers may be located outside the user country. By using the service, the user understands that data may be processed using such infrastructure.

CryptoSignal aims to choose providers that maintain a reasonable level of data protection.

11. Changes to this Policy

CryptoSignal may update this Policy when website functionality, payment mechanics, Telegram notifications, legal requirements or internal processes change.

The current version is always available at https://cryptosignal.top/en/privacy.
